Food for Life Workshop
Our food choices can change the world. You can reduce plastic waste, cut chemical use in agriculture, slow forest clearing, and be healthier and happier through the way you source, store and make food. A good old fashioned kitchen with jarred goods and alive foods just makes the heart (and belly) sing! Do you want to drink less cow’s milk but not sure what to replace it with? Love fresh greens but want to save money? Love food but hate the amount of plastic packaging left over from buying pasta, rice, nuts and more? Moving away from the industrialised food industry (and supermarket) has just got one step easier.
